We go to great lengths to insure that all product(s) ordered are fresh, properly packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.

For health reasons, all returned product(s) must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PRODUCTS SHIPPED IN THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER OR ANYTIME THE TEMPERATURE GOES ABOVE 80 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER AN ADDITIONAL $30.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE SHIPPING COSTS IN ORDER TO COVER THE COSTS FOR REFRIGERATION AND OVERNIGHT POSTAGE.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


All Candy is shipped USPS priority mail. Delivery will be within 3-7 business days from receipt of order.

Please note: If an alternate shipping method is required please contact us at 303-282-6640 or email us at shipping@lowellscandies.com.

All damaged packages must be signed for as such, to guarantee a refund or replacement @ no extra charge to you.

Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. The Postal service will use their discretion whether or not to leave residential packages at the door when on one is available to sign for it. We can not be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were not signed for and left outside.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS


Cancellations must be made within three (3) days of receipt of product(s).

All candy returned for a refund must be undamaged.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. All returned product(s) must be shipped prepaid.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned product(s).

The appropriate refund will be provided to the buyer within three (3) business days after receipt of product(s).
